The City is still withholding docs requested regarding the first Quality of Life Voters for Democracy petition filed in July (which was rejected), correspondence between the Municipal Court and others. Here is the AG opinion.
Here are the documents we received from the City of El Paso over the holidays. There are 200 pages, so the package is split in two parts. The documents are bates-stamped in the middle at the top of the page. There are records the City withheld and tried unsuccessfully to convince the AG they were not subject to public disclosure. So, after the AG ruled against them, they decided to release these records, but withhold other records (presumably the official emails on private email accounts) over which they filed the lawsuit.
